SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship from Spain and are pleased to offer international shipping worldwide.
All orders are shipped with UPS Express for fast and reliable delivery.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Our goal is to ensure your purchases reach you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address Changes:
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you may request an address change by emailing us at info@elegaya.com
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to allow you to track your package. Please note that tracking information may not be available until the following business day after the carrier processes your order.
If you have not received your order, please check with neighbors or look for a delivery note. If the Track & Trace code shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@elegaya.com
Address Accuracy:
You must provide complete and accurate address details, including your phone number. The customer is responsible for any errors in the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused.
• The item must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.

Return Process:
The customer is responsible for sending the product back to the correct return address provided via email.
Returns can be shipped via the carrier of your choice.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please note that defects must be clear and visible. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
