Inside, your garments are gently wrapped in a transparent protective plastic, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. This is then covered with white tissue paper, custom-printed with the Elegaya logo and sealed with a black sticker, also bearing our signature mark - a subtle and harmonious detail.
On top, you'll find three exclusive flyers featuring handpicked images and a short message inspired by the current collection. It’s our way of sharing the story behind each piece, and the inspiration that fuels our designs.
Before closing the box, we add one last invisible yet unforgettable touch: a hint of Loewe perfume, so that opening your package becomes a sensory experience.
Finally, the box is wrapped with a custom Elegaya ribbon, because every parcel deserves to carry our name with pride.
